WellTrack Boost

WellTrack Boost is a free, online self-help program that students, faculty, and staff can use to address stress, anxiety or depression – before these issues get to the point of needing therapy or other mental health services. WellTrack Boost can also be used as an adjunct to therapy. .

WellTrack Boost’s evidence-based tools are effective and easy to use. It is a secure and anonymous way for users to assess their personal well-being and quickly and gain access to resources tailored to help them make progress in changing thoughts and behaviors that are not working for them.

WellTrack Boost also offers a Resilience Course. It is available to faculty and staff, as well as students. This course was designed in response to COVID-19 and focuses on developing resilience during a crisis. This quick, two-chapter module can provide you with a strong foundation to understand the impact of COVID-19 on your mental health, to feel empowered to make positive changes, and highlight the supports you have in place.

WellTrack Boost is provided to Illinois State students, faculty and staff by Student Counseling Services, Student Health Services, Health Promotion and Wellness and Campus Recreation as part of our commitment to the Eight at State initiative.
